In March 2024 Hope Community Church approved a new leadership structure that added the role of Elder as well as a complementing women's leadership team (called the Ezer Team). Candidates were nominated and have been vetted, trained and equipped. The members of Hope Community Church voted in January 2025 to affirm these men and women.
